"Three exits. One repeatable playbook for scaling and selling technology companies."
I'm a CEO and operator with 15+ years of experience taking PE- and VC-backed SaaS businesses from messy growth stage to clean, sellable assets. I've led three successful exits across mobile, enterprise collaboration, and AEC software — each acquired by a strategic or financial buyer after a deliberate professionalization effort.
Today I'm the CEO and Director of Incentify, the category-defining AI platform for corporate tax credits and incentives. Since 2019, my team and I have built Incentify into the only SaaS platform of its kind — serving Fortune 100s including Amazon, Cargill, Paramount, and Tyson Foods. In 2025 we closed a $9.5M Series A and launched a proprietary LLM purpose-built for the incentive space that has been central to closing multiple eight-figure enterprise deals.
What I'm known for:
Earlier in my career I was a strategic consultant at Deloitte and Accenture before moving into operating roles. I hold a dual degree in Economics and Chemistry from Claremont McKenna College, and I'm an active angel investor — including in NextLM, an early signal of where I think the next wave of AI is heading.
I'm always open to thoughtful conversations with PE sponsors, boards, and operators navigating the same challenges I've spent my career solving.
